Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Posturize, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Posturize on your own Apple devices. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute the software.

One-time purchase

Posturize is sold as a one-time payment. This grants you access to the current version and all future updates for the life of the product. No subscription is required.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms. We will honor reasonable refund requests made within 14 days of purchase — contact us at contact@posturize.app.

Requirements

Posturize requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and a compatible pair of AirPods Pro. It is your responsibility to ensure your devices meet these requirements before purchasing.

No medical advice

Posturize is a wellness and productivity tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

Disclaimer of warranties

Posturize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Posturize.

Open source attribution

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or website. Continued use of Posturize after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
